Attending church for the first time can be a daunting experience, especially if you don’t know what to expect. Here’s a glimpse at what you will find when attending one of our services.
Our gatherings are informal and relaxed and we come together in many different ways to share life together and grow in our personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
On arrival at our venue’, our hosts will be ready to greet you as you arrive and point you in the right direction. All our locations have free parking available on site.
If you have kids, watch out for the C3 KIDS desk, where our DBS-checked kids team are ready to help you check your kids in.
In Leeds, our children stay with their parents during worship and then head out to a fun-packed programme. We also have a Creche for parents with babies with a live feed so you can listen whilst your baby plays.
In York, we have a great space with activities for kids to keep them occupied during the service and a live feed so you can still hear the message.
There are refreshments available before and after our services. So feel free to come down a little earlier to get your bearings. (And the coffee is good too. Fairtrade and filtered).
Our services start at 10:30am with a brief welcome and then singing (worship) for around 15 - 20mins. After which we have a mixture of prayer, announcements special updates, an offering is taken (no pressure to give unless you want to) and there may be another song or two before one of our leadership team brings a thought provoking 30 minute message.
After the service there is opportunity for prayer if needed. Otherwise, a chance to grab a drink and meet some people.
All our services are about 1hr and 30mins long.
